HVAC Hours definition

HVAC Hours means each hour of each day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, or such other hours as may be designated from time to time by the Landlord.
HVAC Hours. Sublandlord shall provide HVAC Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. After hour HVAC will be $20 per hour.
HVAC Hours means the period from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on any Business Day and the period from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, in each case other than any statutory holiday.

Examples of HVAC Hours in a sentence

  • Landlord shall provide HVAC service outside Building HVAC Hours if Tenant gives Landlord such prior notice and pays Landlord such hourly cost per zone as Landlord may require.

  • Landlord shall furnish HVAC services at times other than Standard HVAC Hours, which Tenant may obtain by operating thermostats or other controls for distinct zones in the Premises.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Tenant Improvement Work may be performed during Building HVAC Hours before or after the Commencement Date.

  • The parties acknowledge that, as of the date hereof, Landlord’s charge for HVAC service outside Building HVAC Hours is $85.00 per hour, subject to change from time to time to Landlord’s then Building-standard rate.

  • Landlord shall provide HVAC service outside Building HVAC Hours if Tenant gives Landlord such prior notice and pays Landlord such hourly cost per zone as Landlord may reasonably require.

  • The parties acknowledge that, as of the date hereof, Landlord’s charge for HVAC service outside Building HVAC Hours is $80.00 per hour per zone, subject to change from time to time.

  • As respects Excess Services for HVAC, if in any calendar year of the Term, Tenant uses HVAC service from any particular HVAC unit serving the Premises (not including package or supplemental units installed by Tenant) for a number of hours in excess of the Standard HVAC Hours (the “Excess Use Hours”), then Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal the excess depreciation caused by the excess usage (without ▇▇▇▇-up), calculated as set forth below.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Tenant Improvement Work may be performed during Building HVAC Hours before or after the Extension Date.

  • Landlord may, at Landlord’s discretion, have the Premises separately metered for electricity, in which case Tenant shall not be required to pay a separate fee for using HVAC services at times other than Standard HVAC Hours and the total electrical expense for the Premises shall be deemed to be an Operating Expense for which Tenant is entirely responsible pursuant to Paragraph 4(b)(ii)(A)(ii), above.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Tenant Improvement Work in the Existing Premises may be performed during Building HVAC Hours before or after the Expansion Effective Date.

Related to HVAC Hours

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • HVAC means heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

  • Hours means sequential sixty (60) minute time frames.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
