Hxxxxx definition

Hxxxxx or “HNS” shall mean Hxxxxx Network Systems, LLC, or any of its Affiliates.

Hxxxxx means any commodity futures contract, commodity swap, commodity option, commodity forward sale, commodity put, call or collar or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in the price of oil, gas or other hydrocarbons used, sold or produced by a person.

Hxxxxx means Cxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx.

Hxxxxx means hedging instruments or derivative instruments of any Purchased Company or its Subsidiaries that relate to or are intended to reduce or eliminate the risk of fluctuations in the price of commodities, including hydrocarbons, or securities to which any Purchased Company or its Subsidiaries is bound.
