Ice Rental definition

Ice Rental means the rental of refrigerated ice surface along with accompanying space, including the dressing rooms and seating area.

  • Any damages to the Sports Centre, whether accidental or malicious, will be the responsibility of the contact person(s) stated on the Ice Rental Agreement.

  • In consideration of the conditions contained in this Ice Rental Contract, the City through its appointed agent(s) leases and lets to the Rental Party, Arctic Winter Games & Arnaitok Arena Ice and the Rental Party agrees to pay the following amounts indicated in Section 1 on or before the dates mentioned in the payment section of this contract.

  • On the Ice Rental Agreement, the Ice Users “Designated Contact” is to be responsible for payment and conduct of all members.

  • In consideration of the conditions contained in this Ice Rental Agreement, the City through its appointed agent(s) leases and lets to the Rental Party, Arctic Winter Games Arena or Arnaitok Arena Ice (as indicated).

  • The ice arenas are multi-purpose venues and therefore the Operations - Parks & Facilities Department reserves the right to alter or change any or all provisions of the Ice Rental Agreement or to cancel in its entirety at any time.

Related to Ice Rental

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $24 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Lease Rentals means, for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed rental or operating lease expense payable by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding Capital Lease Obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Lease or rental means the leasing or renting of tangible personal property and the possession or use
