IDFA Bonds definition

IDFA Bonds means those certain Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Commonwealth Edison Company Project) Series 2002 issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $100,000,000 under and pursuant to the terms of the IDFA Indenture.
IDFA Bonds means the Series 1996A IDFA Bonds and the Series 1996B IDFA Bonds.

Examples of IDFA Bonds in a sentence

  • When interest is due and payable as described above, interest on the bonds of this Series shall be payable at the same time as interest on the IDFA Bonds and upon maturity, redemption, or acceleration of the bonds of this Series, subject to Section 2.04 of the Supplemental Indenture.

  • The bonds of Series 2002 shall be issued, delivered, and pledged to, and registered in the name of, the trustee under the IDFA Indenture in order to secure and provide for, and as collateral security for, the due and punctual payment of the principal, premium, if any, and interest due from time to time on the IDFA Bonds.

  • So long as all the bonds of Series 2003C are pledged as described in Section 2.03, the obligation of the Company to make any payment with respect to the principal of the bonds of Series 2003C shall be credited in full if, at the time that any such payment of principal shall be due, there shall have been paid by or for the account of the Company the then due principal of all IDFA Bonds which are outstanding.

  • Upon the notice and in the manner provided in the paragraphs under the heading “MANDATORY REDEMPTION” of the IDFA Bonds, the bonds of Series 2002 shall be redeemed by the Company in whole, or as provided under such paragraphs in part, at 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

  • So long as all the bonds of Series 2003D are pledged as described in Section 2.03, the obligation of the Company to make any payment with respect to the principal of the bonds of Series 2003D shall be credited in full if, at the time that any such payment of principal shall be due, there shall have been paid by or for the account of the Company the then due principal of all IDFA Bonds which are outstanding.

  • Upon the notice and in the manner provided in the paragraphs under the heading “MANDATORY REDEMPTION” of the IDFA Bonds, the bonds of Series 2003B shall be redeemed by the Company in whole, or as provided under such paragraphs in part, at 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

  • Upon the notice and in the manner provided in the paragraphs under the heading “MANDATORY REDEMPTION” of the IDFA Bonds, the bonds of Series 2003D shall be redeemed by the Company in whole, or as provided under such paragraphs in part, at 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

  • The bonds of Series 2003B shall be redeemed promptly, without notice, by the Company in whole at 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the date of redemption following receipt by the Trustee of written notice from the trustee under the IDFA Indenture stating that the principal of the IDFA Bonds has been declared to be immediately due and payable as a result of an event of default under the IDFA Indenture.

  • So long as all the bonds of Series 2002 are pledged as described in Section 2.03, the obligation of the Company to make any payment with respect to the principal of the bonds of Series 2002 shall be credited in full if, at the time that any such payment of principal shall be due, there shall have been paid by or for the account of the Company the then due principal of all IDFA Bonds which are outstanding.

Related to IDFA Bonds

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Pledged Bonds means any Bond at any time purchased, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of a draw on the Letter of Credit upon tender of such Bond and held by the Trustee as nominee for the Bank pursuant to the provisions of Section 305 of the Indenture.

  • Corporate Bonds means a debt obligation of a United States-chartered corporation with a maturity date greater than 270 days, which may be interest-bearing or discount-purchased.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.
