IDX Common Stock definition

IDX Common Stock means IDX's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, and any shares of common stock or similar securities into which the common stock of IDX are hereafter reclassified into or exchanged for.
IDX Common Stock means the common stock of IDX, par value $0.0001 per share, with all the rights, preferences and privileges set forth in the IDX Certificate of Incorporation.
