IDX Database definition

IDX Database means the compilation, aggregation and storage of all IDX Data, or any part thereof, as well as its selection, assembly and/or arrangement from time to time, and any associated software, which is incorporated into and is a part of the IDX System, as may be amended from time to time.
IDX Database means the aggregate compilation of all IDX Brokers’ exclusive right to sell or lease listings and listings obtained via other forms of exclusive agreement that make it possible for the listing broker to offer cooperation and compensation to the other MLS Participants, except those listings where the property seller has opted out of Internet publication by so indicating on the listing contract.

  • IDX Database or IDX Data: The current aggregate compilation of all active exclusive listings of all IDX Brokers except those listings where the property seller has opted out of Internet publication by so indicating on the listing contract.

  • Although IDX SUBSCRIBER may frame his Web Site with his own logos and navigation, there shall be no third party advertising or banners at any time any part of the IDX Database is displayed.

  • If IDX Subscriber uses FTP Access to retrieve the IDX Database, current MLS Vendor will provide access to a File Transfer Protocol web site (“FTP site”) containing the IDX Database in electronic form, without formatting and without a search engine.

  • The IDX Database will not include listings submitted by Non-Sharing Firms.
