Examples of IIA Undertaking in a sentence

  • The Purchaser shall have submitted to the IIA the Purchaser IIA Undertaking.

  • The applicable material equityholders of Company and/or any affiliate thereof (as requested by the IIA) shall have filed duly executed IIA Undertaking with the IIA; the IIA shall have accepted the parties’ notice to the IIA of the Merger and the transactions contemplated thereby.

  • In addition, Purchaser shall have delivered a duly executed copy of the Purchaser IIA Undertaking to the IIA and to the Company.
