illegal land use means a land use or a construction which in the opinion of the Municipality constitutes and illegal land use in terms of Section 49 of this By-Law.
land use means the purpose for which land is or may be used lawfully in terms of a land use scheme, existing scheme or in terms of any other authorisation, permit or consent issued by a competent authority, and includes any conditions related to such land use purposes;
communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -
Intended Use means a product and the use thereof, for which the product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with the Works.
Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as land and buildings at St Michael's Church of England High School, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx XX0 0XX and registered under title numbers LAN81463 and LAN97788;
mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;
Permitted Use , in relation to a property, means the limited purposes for which the property may be used in terms of –
End-use means the light, heat, cooling, refrigeration, motor drive, microwave energy, video or audio signal, computer processing, electrolytic process, or other useful work produced by equipment using electricity.
the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Area means Monterey County, San Benito County, and Santa Cruz County.
Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.
Agricultural land means land suitable for use in farming.
the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
