Intended Use definition

Intended Use means a product and the use thereof, for which the product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with the Works.
Intended Use means a building product and the use thereof, for which the building product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with a building.

  • The JEDD Parties desire to set aside funds that will be utilized for the benefit of the XXXX Area and/or surrounding areas which are identified in Exhibit E (the “Infrastructure Funds Intended Use Areas”), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

More Definitions of Intended Use

Intended Use means the intended use of the construction product as defined in the applicable harmonised technical specification;
Intended Use means the use of a product prescribed by the manufacturer by assigning the equipment to a particular equipment group and category or by providing all the information which is required for the safe functioning of a protective system, device or component;

Intended Use means the construction, ownership, possession, use, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Project as contemplated under this Agreement without any increase in the cost of owning, possessing, using, operating, maintaining, or repairing the Project or the Project Site from and after the Closing.
Intended Use shall have the meaning given such term in Paragraph 7(a).
