Illinois Medicaid State Plan definition

Illinois Medicaid State Plan or “State Plan” means the plan that was submitted by the State of Illinois to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, in accordance with Title XIX of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1396-1396v, in effect as of the date of the Approval of the Decree, including any subsequent amendments thereto.
