Illumina Products definition

Illumina Products refers to any and all consumables, reagents, instruments, software and accessories commercialized by or on behalf of Illumina or its Affiliates.

Illumina Products means any past, current and future products and services, product lines, devices, systems, assays, components, subassemblies, kits, hardware, software, or any combination of the foregoing which are made, used, sold, offered for sale, distributed, imported, or otherwise commercialized by or for Illumina or its Affiliates, and Natural Evolutions thereof, that, but for the license granted in this Agreement, infringe (actually or allegedly) a Valid Claim of the Licensed Enzo Patent Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, all accused products, manufactured articles, services, processes, systems, or methods that are the subject of the Litigation are included in and constitute Illumina Products.

Examples of Illumina Products in a sentence

  • Subject to the immediately preceding sentence, including obligations regarding Test Fees, the Illumina Parties may grant licenses under Pooled Patents to Illumina Customers who purchase Illumina Products, which licenses authorize the Illumina Customer, with each unit of consumable Illumina Product purchased, to Exploit, including a subset of the rights constituting Exploitation, NIPT LDT Tests in the NIPT LDT Field using Illumina Products (each such license an “Illumina Customer License”).

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Manufacture means the production of products in a factory using labour, materials, components and machinery and includes other related value-adding activities.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
