Illustrative Working Capital Statement definition

Illustrative Working Capital Statement has the meaning given to it in Part 2 of Schedule 16;
Illustrative Working Capital Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c).

  • The determination of Closing Working Capital shall be made in accordance with GAAP, and to the extent conforming with GAAP, in accordance with the accounting policies and practices consistent with those used in the preparation of the Illustrative Working Capital Statement.
