Impact Assessment Report means the report describing and assessing the impacts of implementing the Plan, including the impacts of an action or class of actions on protected matters, as contemplated by section 146(2)(a) of the EPBC Act, and prepared in accordance with clauses 6. and 7. of this Agreement.
