More Definitions of Impact Assessment Report

Impact Assessment Report means the report describing and assessing the impacts of implementing the Plan, including the impacts of an action or class of actions on protected matters, as contemplated by section 146(2)(a) of the EPBC Act, and prepared in accordance with clauses 6. and 7. of this Agreement. Impacts to which this Agreement relates means the impacts of actions taken under the Plan on any matter protected by a provision of Part 3 of the EPBC Act.
