Acoustic Assessment Report definition

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

Acoustic Assessment Report means a report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and the Acoustic Assessment Report Procedure that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility.

Acoustic Assessment Report means a report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233, that documents sources of noise emissions, ( locations, dimensions , elevations, duty cycle, sound levels, etc.), and Noise Control Measures and demonstrates compliance with the Performance Limits for the Facility regarding noise emissions;

• The Company is required to have an up to date ESDM Report and Acoustic Assessment Report that describe the Facility at all times and make the Emission Summary Table and Acoustic Assessment Summary Table from these reports available to the public on an ongoing basis in order to maintain public communication with regard to the emissions from the Facility.

• Upon expiry of Condition 2.1 of this Certificate, the Company shall apply for amendment to include the current ESDM Report and the current Acoustic Assessment Report in Schedule A as Supporting Documentation to this Certificate.

More Definitions of Acoustic Assessment Report

Acoustic Assessment Report means a report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, by Weidong Li/Pinchin Environmental Ltd. and dated November 18, 2010 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facilityand includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reportsas required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled Grand Valley Wind Farms, Noise Assessment Report, dated June 4, 2014 prepared by Zephyr North and signed by J. Menendez P. Eng. ;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility. "Acoustic Assessment Report" also means the Acoustic Assessment Report dated July 2008, prepared and signed by Tim Wiens of Conestoga-Rovers and Associates;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by Sarah Tebbutt, Conestoga-Rovers & Associates and dated February 2013, submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility, as updated in accordance with Condition 5 of this Approval;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility. "Acoustic Assessment Report" also means the Acoustic Assessment Report prepared by HGC Engineering, dated December 8, 2009 and signed by Corey Kinart.

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled "Noise Assessment Report for Amherst Island Wind Project Rev. 14", dated May 4, 2015, prepared by HATCH and signed by Oleg Belashov, P.Eng., Mervyn Choy P.Eng. and Alex Tsopelas;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled "Noise Assessment Report – Revision 5", dated June 6, 2012, prepared by Zephyr North and signed by Anthony Zlahtic, Director, Commercial Services, Capital Power Corporation;
