Notice of Cancellation Each insurance policy required above shall provide that coverage shall not be canceled, except with notice to the Solano County Water Agency.
Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.

Visible emissions means any emissions, which are visually detectable without the aid of instruments, coming from RACM or asbestos-containing waste material, or from any asbestos milling, manufacturing, or fabricating operation. This does not include condensed, uncombined water vapor.
Change of Control Event means the occurrence of an event or series of events whereby one or more Persons, acting together, acquire control over the Issuer and where “control” means (a) acquiring or controlling, directly or indirectly, more than fifty (50.00) per cent. of the voting shares of the Issuer, or (b) the right to, directly or indirectly, appoint or remove the whole or a majority of the directors of the board of directors of the Issuer.
Undue hardship means an action requiring significant difficulty or expense, when considered in light of the following factors:
End of Suspension Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1(f)(ii).

Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.
Technically permissible maximum laden mass means the maximum mass allocated to a vehicle on the basis of its construction features and its design performances.
Mandatory Prepayment Event means any of the following:
Benchmark Modification or Cessation Event means, in respect of the Benchmark any of the following has occurred or will occur:
Event of Servicer Termination With respect to the Servicing Agreement, a Servicing Default as defined in Section 6.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Hardship means deprivation, suffering, adversity, or long-term adverse financial impact in complying with the title plant requirement that is more than minimal when considering all the circumstances. Financial hardship alone may constitute a hardship.
