Implementation Subcommittee definition

Implementation Subcommittee means the subcommittee that drives and directs the implementation of goals, strategies, and outcomes approved by the SOC; drafts investment plan for the SOC; operationalizes the strategies and KPIs; monitors progress towards goals and practice continuous quality improvement; and oversees and manages the data dashboards created under the Agreement.
Implementation Subcommittee. - This means a subcommittee of the Oversight Advisory Committee created in accordance with Section 2(D).

Examples of Implementation Subcommittee in a sentence

  • For the inaugural meeting in Fiscal Year 2024-25, the County Chair and City Mayor will convene the SOC, Implementation Subcommittee, and CAS to the extent such groups have been established.

  • Each September/October, the County Chair and the City Mayor will jointly convene the SOC, the Implementation Subcommittee, and the CAS together for a meeting.

  • The HRS will be overseen by the Steering and Oversight Committee (SOC), which in turn will evaluate progress reports from the Parties including reports generated from two sub-committees: the Community Advisory Subcommittee (CAS) and the Implementation Subcommittee.

Related to Implementation Subcommittee

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
