Joint Commercialization Committee definition

Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).
Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” means the committee formed by the Parties as described in Section 2.4.

  • Each such subcommittee and project team shall report recommendations and proposed actions to the Joint Development Committee or Joint Commercialization Committee, as applicable, which shall approve or reject such recommendations or actions proposed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Joint Commercialization Committee shall be comprised of three (3) representatives from each Party with one (1) representative with relevant decision-making authority from each Party such that the Joint Commercialization Committee is able to effectuate all of its decisions within the scope of its responsibilities as set forth in Section 3.2.5 below.
