Implementing definition

Implementing of or “to implement” Intellectual Property Rights means the acts prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Patent Act, the acts prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Utility Model Act, the acts prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Design Act, the acts prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Trademark Act, the acts prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Act on the Circuit Layout of a Semiconductor Integrated Circuits, the acts prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the Plant Variety Protection and Seed Act, any and all acts of exploitation of copyrightable works and the use of the Know-How.
