Implementing Department definition

Implementing Department shall be the city’s Office of Economic and 109 Workforce Department (“OEWD”), the city department primarily responsible for the 110 administration and oversight of this Contract. 111
Implementing Department means the City Department or Agency that has responsibility for oversight of a contract.
Implementing Department means the County Department or Agency that has responsibility for oversight of a contract.

  • Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;

  • provincial department ’ means a department listed in Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), which falls within a provincial administration listed in Schedule 1 to that Act; 10
