Improvements and Equipment definition

Improvements and Equipment means all xxxxx, pads, fixtures, equipment, machinery, and tools, including all pipelines, pipe, pipe casing, separators, condensers, evaporators, holding tanks, generators, compression equipment, measurement equipment, monitoring or testing devices or equipment, utility lines and facilities and any other surface or subsurface structures or equipment, and all alterations, additions, replacements, materials, parts, and components thereof, made, placed, installed or used, on, in or under the Property by the Operator Group.

  • The unexpended balances at the end of the preceding fiscal year in the accounts of the several departments and agencies heretofore appropriated or established in the category of Additions, Improvements and Equipment are appropriated, subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Machinery and equipment shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1(c).

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
