Imputed Household Size definition

Imputed Household Size means the total number of bedrooms in a Residential Unit plus one (1).
Imputed Household Size means one person for each studio unit, two people for each one-bedroom unit, three people for each two-bedroom unit, and five people for each three-bedroom unit.
Imputed Household Size means, for For-Rent Residential Units, the total number of bedrooms in the Residential Unit plus one (1), and for For-Sale Residential Units, one person for one-bedroom Residential Units, and one person per bedroom plus one for all other Residential Units.

  • Median household income (MHI) means the calculation computed by the U.S. Census Bureau - Income of Households - This includes the income of the householder and all other individuals 15 years old and over in the household, whether they are related to the householder or not. Because many households consist of only one-person, average household income is usually less than average family income. The median divides the income distribution into two equal parts with 50% of the cases falling below the median income and 50% above the median. For households and families, the median income is based on the distribution of the total number of households and families, including those with no income. The median income for individuals is based on individuals 15 years old and over with income. Median income for households, families, and individuals is computed on the basis of a standard distribution.

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Qualified building means a building built at least 30 years before the date of application, located within a designated downtown or, village center, or neighborhood development area, which, upon completion of the project supported by the tax credit, will be an income-producing building not used solely as a single-family residence.   • Extremely low-income household means a single person,

  • Pervious surface means an area that releases as runoff a small portion of the precipitation that falls on it. Lawns, gardens, parks, forests or other similar vegetated areas are examples of surfaces that typically are pervious.

  • Household members means those persons who reside in the same home, who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another.
