-In Notice means the notice (if any) served by the Security Trustee pursuant to Clause 7.1 in the form set out in Schedule 3. Term SOFR has the meaning given to that term in the PDP Loan Agreement (as set out in Appendix A hereto). Terminated Aircraft has the meaning given to such term in Clause 7.3. Termination Event means the occurrence of any of the events or circumstances set out in Clause 10.1. US Dollars and US$ means the lawful currency of the United States of America.
