Pole trailer means every vehicle without motive power designed to be drawn by another vehicle and attached to the towing vehicle by means of a reach or pole or by being boomed or otherwise secured to the towing vehicle and ordinarily used for transporting long or irregularly shaped loads such as poles, pipes, or structural members capable, generally, of sustaining themselves as beams between the supporting connections.
Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.
CABS means the Carrier Access Billing System.
Lamp means a device designed to illuminate the road or to emit a light signal to other road users. Rear registration plate lamp and retro-reflectors are likewise to be regarded as lamps;
Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.
Socket is a socket occupied by a CPU on a System or Physical Node. For purposes of this Exhibit 1.A, a “Socket-pair” is up to two sockets each occupied by a CPU on a System or Physical Node. Bathroom and tile cleaner means a product designed or labeled to clean tile or surfaces in bathrooms. “Bathroom and Tile Cleaner” does not include “Toilet/Urinal Care Product.”
Toilet means a disposal apparatus used for urination and defecation, fitted with a seat and flushing device.
Cleaner means a product designed and labeled primarily to remove soil or other contaminants from surfaces.
Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.
Bathing means washing oneself by sponge bath; or in either a tub or shower, including the task of getting into or out of the tub or shower.
Propeller means for a device for propelling an aircraft that has blades on a powerplant driven shaft and that, when rotated, produces by its action on the air, a thrust approximately perpendicular to its plane of rotation and it includes control components normally supplied by its manufacturer, but does not include main and auxiliary rotors or rotating airfoils of powerplants;
