Incentive Base definition

Incentive Base means the Participant's base salary received during the Performance Period.
Incentive Base shall equal $26,000,000 less $762,000 less all closing costs incurred by Buyer or Seller.

  • Incentive-Based Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.
