Incentive Fee Rate definition

Incentive Fee Rate means 25%.
Incentive Fee Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule B.
Incentive Fee Rate means a rate per annum equal to 2.00%, as such percentage may be decreased with the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • L/C Fee Rate means the Applicable Margin with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans.

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
