Income Maintenance definition

Income Maintenance means all public assistance programs in the State of Iowa.
Income Maintenance means the combined programs of financial assistance and food stamps.

Examples of Income Maintenance in a sentence

  • The Department will disenroll Members from a PH-MCO when there is a change in residence which places the Member outside the HC Zone(s) covered by this Agreement, as indicated on the individual county file maintained by the Department’s Office of Income Maintenance.

  • Request that Income Maintenance complete a residency test to determine whether the member is still considered a resident of a county within the MCO’s service area.

  • The Department will disenroll a Participant from the CHC-MCO when a change in residence places the Participant outside the CHC zone, as indicated on the individual county file maintained by the Department’s Office of Income Maintenance.

  • In compliance with state and federal laws, and subject to the terms of the State/County Contract for Income Maintenance programs, Social and Mental Hygiene Service programs, and Community Youth and Family Aids programs, Provider agrees to provide for and Purchaser agrees to purchase to eligible clients the standard programs as described in this agreement.

  • Note 3: It is understood that relocation benefits only apply to employees meeting the eligibility criteria as defined under the Employment Security and Income Maintenance provisions of Article 22.

  • The provisions of the Supplemental Agreement governing the Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan will apply to employees covered by this Agreement as specified therein.

  • If a member asks the MCO to provide services during a temporary absence from its service area, the MCO shall conduct two tests to determine whether to provide the services: Request that Income Maintenance complete a residency test to determine whether the member is still considered a resident of a county within the MCO’s service area.

Related to Income Maintenance

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.
