Preventive Maintenance definition

Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.
Preventive Maintenance means a planned strategy of cost-effective treatments to an existing roadway system and its appurtenances that preserve assets by retarding deterioration and maintaining functional condition without significantly increasing structural capacity. Preventive maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:
Preventive Maintenance means simple or minor preservation operations and the replacement of small standard parts not involving complex assembly operations;

Preventive Maintenance means activities that have been specifically identified on Exhibit A. Preventive maintenance is intended to include regularly scheduled activities that are known and anticipated in advance rather than one-time repairs.
