Incorporated Land definition

Incorporated Land means the Existing Property and any Mitigation Land conveyed to the Company pursuant to Section 9.1, below.

  • To exercise the option provided herein, Tejon shall deliver written notice to the Company (“Buy Out Notice”) with respect to the Incorporated Land and any other assets of the Company identified in the notice no later than sixty (60) days from the event triggering dissolution.

  • BIL Limited has the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Incorporated Land Groups (“ILG’S”) listed in Schedule One.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if upon liquidation the Company owns any portion of the Incorporated Land, Tejon shall have the option, but not the obligation, to purchase from the Company such land, or any portion thereof, together with any related assets.

  • The Incorporated Land is presently zoned with an R-3 zoning classification under the Codified Ordinances of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park (the “Village Code”).

Related to Incorporated Land

  • Incorporated Material means any material in existence prior to the start of the Term or developed independently of this Agreement, and that is incorporated or embedded in the Produced Material by the Contractor or a Subcontractor;

  • incorporated provision has the meaning specified in Section 107.

  • Incorporated Documents means the documents or portions thereof filed with the Commission on or prior to the Effective Date that are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus and any documents or portions thereof filed with the Commission after the Effective Date that are deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus.

  • Documents Incorporated by Reference means all interim and annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, business acquisition reports, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, Marketing Documents and other documents that are or are required by Applicable Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference into the Offering Documents, as applicable;

  • Saturated zone or "zone of saturation" means that part of the earth's crust in which all voids are filled with water.
