Incremental Term B Facility definition

Incremental Term B Facility means the commitments (if any) of Additional Term Lenders to make Incremental Term B Loans in accordance with Section 2.14(a) and the Incremental Term B Loans in respect thereof.

Incremental Term B Facility means an Incremental Term Facility other than an Incremental Term A Facility.

Incremental Term B Facility is defined in Section 2.19(a)(C).

Examples of Incremental Term B Facility in a sentence

• The Third Incremental Term B Facility and all interest, fees and other amounts pertaining thereto constitute Obligations and are secured ratably by all of the Collateral.

• The LIBO Rate for the Incremental Term B Facility Loans shall be the same as the LIBO Rate for the existing Term B Loans.

Incremental Term B Facility and the loans thereunder, the “Incremental Term B Loans”) shall be no shorter than the maturity date and remaining weighted average life to maturity of the then-existing (or committed) Term B Loans (including any previously made Incremental Term B Loans), in each case calculated as of the date of making such Incremental Term Loan;
