Incremental Term Loan Documents means, collectively, the Incremental Term Loan Agreement and all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by any Grantor or any other person to, with or in favor of any Incremental Term Loan Secured Party in connection therewith or related thereto, as all of the foregoing now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated, refinanced, replaced or restructured (in whole or in part and including any agreements with, to or in favor of any other lender or group of lenders that at any time refinances, replaces or succeeds to all or any portion of the Incremental Term Loan Obligations), in each case, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Incremental Term Loan Documents means any agreement, document or instrument evidencing any Incremental Term Loan, including any joinder agreements or amendments to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Incremental Term Loan Documents means all agreements, instruments, documents and certificates executed and delivered in connection with the Incremental Term Loans and including all pledges, powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, notices, letter of credit agreements and all other written matter executed by or on behalf of any Credit Party or their respective Subsidiaries, and delivered in connection with the Incremental Term Loans or the transactions contemplated thereby. Any reference in this Agreement or any other Loan Document to an Incremental Term Loan Document shall include all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, as the same may be amended, restated, extended, refinanced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
