Incurred Amount definition

Incurred Amount means the maximum amount for which Guarantor may be liable under this Agreement (after giving effect to the incurring of the obligations under this Agreement and to any rights to contribution of Guarantor from other affiliates of Borrower) without rendering the rights to payment hereunder of Agent and the Banks void, voidable or avoidable under any applicable fraudulent transfer law.
