Adjusted Invested Amount definition

Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance on such date of determination.
Adjusted Invested Amount means, as of a date, (a) the Invested Amount, minus (b) during an Accumulation Period or Amortization Period for Series 20 - , the amount of any Principal Collections in the Collection Account allocable to Series 20 - , minus (c) the amount in the Series 20 - Principal Funding Account (excluding any net investment earnings), each as of that date.
Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of ------------------------ determination, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount, the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount and the CIA Adjusted Invested Amount.

More Definitions of Adjusted Invested Amount

Adjusted Invested Amount means as of any Business Day the Invested Amount minus the sum of the amount then on deposit in the Principal Funding Account and the Series Allocation Percentage of the amount then on deposit in the Excess Funding Account.
