Indemnified Tax definition

Indemnified Tax means (a) Taxes, other than Excluded Taxes, imposed on or with respect to any payment made by or on account of any obligation of a Credit Party under any Loan Document and (b) to the extent not otherwise described in clause (a), Other Taxes.
Indemnified Tax means (a) any Tax other than an Excluded Tax and (b) to the extent not otherwise described in clause (a), Other Taxes.
Indemnified Tax shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

More Definitions of Indemnified Tax

Indemnified Tax has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(a).
