Penalties for Late Payment. Any late payments will trigger a fee of 10.00% per month on the amount still owing.

6.2 During the period of any suspension pursuant to Clause 6.1, the Charges will continue to accrue and be due to Xxxxxxxxx as if the Services had not been suspended.
6.3 Xxxxxxxxx reservices the right to charge interest on late payments. Such interest shall accrue daily and be compounded on a monthly basis at the rate of four (4) per cent per annum above the base rate.

(a) 1% per month or part of a month during the period May 2 to June 30 following the due date; and
(b) 1 1 2% per month or part of a month on or after July 1 following the due date.

7.3 Amulet reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at 4% above bank base rate.
Penalties for Late Payment. All late payments, and any refund of an amount in dispute that was paid under protest, shall accrue interest at 1% per month.
