INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE definition

INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE. Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless Studio, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, individually and as Trustees of the Xxxxxxx Family Trust dated September 10, 1997, Studio’s rental agents and/or Studio’s associates from any liability, loss, cost, expense or damages to any person arising from the use of the stage, equipment, props or services, substances, procedures and/or operations in or about the studio as they might relate to the use of the stage. Renter shall maintain, at Xxxxxx’s expense, worker’s compensation insurance and public liability and property damage insurance with a combined single liability limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), insuring against all liability of Renter, its employees, agents, representatives, invitees, successors and assigns arising out of or in connection with Xxxxxx’s occupancy, use of the stage and the equipment. The public liability and property damage insurance shall:
