Insurance definition

Insurance means (i) all insurance policies covering any or all of the Collateral (regardless of whether the Collateral Agent is the loss payee thereof) and (ii) any key man life insurance policies.
Insurance means comprehensive insurance of the vehicle(s)/equipment and shall include insurance of the crew.
Insurance means Property Insurance, liability insurance and all other insurance that Lender requires Borrower to maintain pursuant to this Loan Agreement.
