  • The then current Revolving Loan Commitments shall be reduced ratably on each date on which a prepayment of Revolving Loans or Swing Loans is made pursuant to clause (b) (Equity and Debt Issuances), (c) (Asset Sales and Property Loss Events), (d) (Indenture Prepayments) of Section 2.8 or would be required to be made had the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans and Swing Loans been equal to the Revolving Loan Commitments then in effect, in each case in the amount of such prepayments.

  • Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the amount by which the aggregate of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls for that Loan Group during the related Prepayment Period exceeds the amount of Compensating Interest available to such Loan Group for such Distribution Date.

  • Subordinated Loans means any loan incurred by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, if such loan (i) according to its terms (or pursuant to a subordination agreement on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Trustee) is subordinated to the obligations of the Issuer under the Terms and Conditions; (ii) according to its terms have a final redemption date or, when applicable, early redemption dates or instalment dates which occur after the Final Redemption Date; and (iii) according to its terms yield only payment-in-kind interest.

  • Optional Prepayment Date has the meaning specified in Section 4.b hereof.

  • Loan Payments means the amounts required to be paid by the Company in repayment of the Loan pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.
