Independent Area definition

Independent Area means the areas, not included as Common Areas and reserved by the Promoter in the Project, these area shall be the exclusive property of the Promoter and may be sold by the Promoter, without the interference of other Unit Owners.
Independent Area means those areas which the Company is entitled to sell/lease without the interference of the Allottee/s viz. club building and its appurtenant open area, car parking spaces (open/covered), terraces, private lawns, private courtyards, commercial space.

Examples of Independent Area in a sentence
