Independent Determination definition

Independent Determination means a reasonable determination made by a duly authorized committee of SAI's board of directors composed solely of directors who are independent from ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇.
Independent Determination. As defined in Section 4.7. ▇▇▇▇’▇ Parking Deck: The parking deck owned by Landlord and located adjacent to the Building, commonly known as ▇▇▇▇’▇ Parking Deck, including, without limitation, stairways, elevators and mechanical systems. ▇▇▇▇’▇ Parking Fee: As defined in Section 31.2. ▇▇▇▇’▇ Parking Spaces: Those Parking Spaces located in the ▇▇▇▇’▇ Parking Deck as set forth in Section 31.2.
Independent Determination means a determination made by an independent laboratory as to an aspect of the Product.

  • Each Loan Party shall reasonably cooperate with Agent and the subject firm in preparing each Field Review and Independent Determination Report requested by Agent.

  • Absent an express signed written agreement by SAI after an Independent Determination approving such action, no assignment of any of the rights or obligations under this Agreement shall result in a novation or in any other way release the assignor from its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Expert Determination the process described in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);
