Expert Determination definition

Expert Determination the process described in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);
Expert Determination means determination in accordance with clause 9.5.

Examples of Expert Determination in a sentence

  • Each Party hereby agrees that any Expert Determination may be reissued in the form of an arbitral award and further agrees to abide by any such arbitral award.
