Independent Enterprise definition

Independent Enterprise. - means an enterprise which is free of any degree of direct or indirect ownership, or control by any firm which engages in activities similar to those in respect of which credit toward the Contract Participation Goal is sought, or by any Executive Director of such a firm, who is not a Historically Disadvantaged Individual.
