Index Price definition

Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.
Index Price means the closing price on such date of the Index Group.
Index Price means the closing price of the Index Group on any applicable Trading Day.

  • If Inside FERC’s Gas Market Report should cease to publish such first-of-the-month index prices or should cease to be published entirely, the Index Price shall be the price per MMBtu, stated in U.S. dollars, for Gas to be delivered at the Delivery Point during the applicable Month as set forth in an alternative index as determined under Section 18.11 of the Prepaid Agreement.

  • For each MMBtu of Gas delivered by Seller to‌ Purchaser, Purchaser shall pay Seller the Contract Price for such Gas, which shall be the applicable Index Price, as defined in Section 4.2, less the Monthly Discount, plus any Delivery Point Premium as specified on Exhibit B.


More Definitions of Index Price

Index Price on a given date means the closing price of the NASDAQ Bank Index.
Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.
