Index Value definition

Index Value means, where "SONIA" is specified as the Reference Rate in the relevant Final Terms, in relation to any London Business Day, the value of the screen rate for index for Compounded Daily SONIA as published by authorized distributors on the Relevant Screen Page on the immediately following London Business Day provided, however, that in the event that the value originally published is subsequently corrected and such corrected value is published by authorized distributors or the Bank of England, as the administrator of SONIA (or any successor administrator of SONIA)) on the original date of publication, then such corrected value, instead of the value that was originally published, shall be deemed the Index Value in relation to such London Business Day;
Index Value means the level of the Index as calculated by the Index Calculation Agent on the basis of the respective level of the Underlying (see appendix (b)) and the Money Market Instrument (see section 3 – Index Calculation), and published in accordance with section 4 of this Index Description by the Index Calculation Agent.

Examples of Index Value in a sentence

  • Close Time is the earlier of 1:30 PM ET on the last Trade Day of the contract listing, or when the Gold Index Value is equal to or greater than the Ceiling, or equal to or less than the Floor.

  • For each new Rate Year, the index value for the latest available calendar year (“Index Value for the Measuring Year”) will be compared to the index value for the calendar year immediately preceding the latest available calendar year (the Index Value for the Measuring Year -1”).

  • Adult patients are not considered in the present concept, since it is assumed that adults are treated with onasemnogene abeparvovec only in individual cases [4].

  • The Expiration Value is the Gold Index Value as released by the Source Agency at Expiration.

More Definitions of Index Value

Index Value means, for any Product Group and relevant period, the product of (A) the sum of the aggregate quantity of barrels of such Product Group sold during such period (without giving effect to any offsetting Excluded Transactions) under Product Purchase Agreements and Company Purchase Agreements and the quantity of sales for such period covered by clause (y) of the definition of Aggregate Receipts, multiplied by (B) the Long Product FIFO Price for that Product Group and period.
Index Value means the value (expressed in Euro) of the Index on any given Index Valuation Date as calculated by the Index Calculation Agent. The Index Value is calculated by the Index Calculation Agent for the relevant Index Valuation Date in accordance with the provisions of Section C. - I. Calculation of the Index Value of this Index Description.
Index Value means, for the Base Index or the Index, as applicable, the value of the Base Index or the Index, as applicable, as published by the Index Sponsor and as calculated by the Index Calculation Agent.
Index Value on a given date shall mean the index value for the NASDAQ Bank Index as reported by Bloomberg, L.P.
Index Value means the closing value of the Index Group on any applicable date.
Index Value means the "Personal Consumption Expenditures" index amount published by the Economics and Statistics Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce for the period ending on the December 31 or June 30 immediately prior to the relevant date or, if such index amount is no longer published on a regular basis, such successor index published by an agency or instrumentality of the United States government as the Committee determines in its sole and absolute discretion to most closely replace that index.
Index Value on any day shall mean the sum of the Market Capitalization of the Applicable Stocks on such day (i.e., the sum of the Market Capitalization of the common stock of Hercules Offshore, Inc., plus the Market Capitalization of the common stock of Rowan Companies Inc., plus the Market Capitalization of the common stock of Xxxxxx Industries Ltd., plus the Market Capitalization of the common stock of Xxxxxxxxx-UTI Energy, Inc, plus the Market Capitalization of the common stock of Helmerich & Xxxxx Inc., plus the Market Capitalization of the common stock of Superior Energy Services, Inc.) divided by the sum of the number of outstanding shares of all Applicable Stock as last reported in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, appropriately adjusted for a determination as of the Estimate Date to reflect any stock splits, reverse stock splits or stock dividends with respect to Applicable Stocks after October 28, 2008.
