Index Weight definition

Index Weight means, if the Reference Equity set forth on the face of this Note is a basket of stock indices, for each Relevant Index, the number by which the Closing Level of such Relevant Index will be multiplied in order to calculate the Settlement Value on a particular day. The Index Weight relating to each Relevant Index included in the Reference Equity shall be as specified on the fact of this Note.
Index Weight means, for any Index Equity, on any Valuation Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Index Equity Capitalization of such Index Equity on such Valuation Date and the denominator of which is the Total Index Capitalization on such Valuation Date.
Index Weight means: (i) if the number of Qualified Comparable Bonds is one or more and the number of Qualified Company Bonds is one or more, one-half; (ii) if (a) the number of Qualified Comparable Bonds is zero and the number of Qualified Company Bonds is one or more, or (b) the number of Qualified Company Bonds is zero and the number of Qualified Comparable Bonds is one or more, two-thirds; and (iii) if the number of Qualified Comparable Bonds is zero and the number of Qualified Company Bonds is zero, one.

Index Weight means the percentage allocation to the Index Units in the Reference Portfolio as of the Index Business Day(t) immediately after the last Rebalancing Date or the Strike Date if there is no such date.
