Individual Access Services definition

Individual Access Services means the services provided to satisfy the right of an Individual User or an Individual User’s Personal Representative to access and to obtain a copy of the Individual User’s PHI or PII under Applicable Law or to direct that it be sent to a third party consistent with 45 C.F.R. § 164.524 or any other Applicable Law or agreement.
Individual Access Services means the services provided to satisfy an Individual User’s or Personal Representative’s right to access and to obtain a copy of the Individual User’s PHI or PII under Applicable Law and to direct that it be sent to a third party consistent with 45 C.F.R. § 164.524 or any other Applicable Law or agreement.
