Individual Developer definition
Individual Developer means a natural person who owns all the rights to the Game, needed to execute this Agreement.
Individual Developer means The Michaels Development Company I, L.P., a New Jersey limited partnership.

Any information provided by you in accordance with Section 2 hereof is used by Company only for the purpose of verification of your Legal Entity or your status as an Individual Developer and for the purpose of execution and performance of these Terms, Developer Agreement and other agreements concluded with you.
In the event, Developer and Controlling Principal employ, during the term of the Development Agreement, a Covered Individual, Developer and Controlling Principal must notify the Licensor immediately after discovering such occurrence in writing.
