Commercial Development definition

Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
Commercial Development means the development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Assets and the Project Utilities by the Developer on the Site;
Commercial Development means development that contains a commercial land use district of the City of Calgary Land Use Bylaw 1P2007, as amended and replaced from time to time, and may contain an industrial land use district but does not contain a residential land use district;

More Definitions of Commercial Development

Commercial Development has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Commercial Property Regulations;
Commercial Development means any Assessor's Parcel of Developed Property which is not Residential Property.
