Individual Event definition

Individual Event means the individual men’s triathlon event or the individual women’s triathlon event at the Games (as relevant to the Athlete being considered).
Individual Event means one of the following individual events at the Games:
Individual Event means an event in the Games in which an Athlete competes either alone or in which up to a maximum of 9 Athletes compete together in a game, race, heat or event (for example as a pair, crew, or relay team).

Examples of Individual Event in a sentence

  • Any Pass or Ticket Holder who does not meet the age requirements for any of these Festival events or activities will be denied access to them and will not be issued a refund or a credit for any part or all of the purchase price of the Festival Pass or the Individual Event Ticket for that age-restricted event or activity.

  • The NZOC in its sole discretion shall decide whether an athlete or athletes satisfy the definition of an Individual Event or a Team Event.

  • All-Around and Individual Event Qualifiers: In addition to credentials issued to the individual qualifier(s), institutions will receive four (4) wrist bands that will serve as credentials for coaches, athletic trainers and other necessary institutional staff members.

  • A participant may compete in one Individual Event (Classical Scenes, Contemporary Scenes, Pantomime, Humorous Monologues, Dramatic Monologues, Musical Theatre) and the Festival play and may therefore qualify for State in the Festival play and on Individual Event.

  • Festival Passes, Individual Event Tickets and Working Credentials may not be transferred, and name changes will not be permitted, except as expressly provided in Section IV (A), below.

  • Applicants should complete the enrolment procedure within specified period and the details are as follows: For applicants with “Local Status”(Remarks: For enrolment forms submitted in the capacity of Individual Event, each person can at most submit an application of 6 applicants each time.

  • In the event that further quotas are made available by the NZOC, Athletes who have met the Overriding Criteria set out in clauses 4.2(a) and (c), 4.3(a) and4.4 may be nominated on the Reallocation Date by the SNZ Selection Panel for an Individual Event at its sole discretion and in accordance with the ranking preference set out in clause 4.5(a) above.

  • A maximum of 3 Athletes per Individual Event and one team per Relay Event may be considered for nomination.

  • Priority 2 – Individual Event Selection 2:If there are no eligible swimmers under the selection standard in the A Final then the fastest eligible swimmer under the selection standard in the Junior Final will be selected to a maximum team size of 24 swimmers, 12 male and 12 females, inclusive of those selected under Priority 1.

  • In relation to the Tertiary Criteria, the SNZ Selection Panel will consider Athletes: (j) who have recorded a time within the Qualifying Period that is equal to or faster than the 16th best Individual Olympic time (2 per nation) based on the FINA World Rankings as at 8 August 2017 for the date range of 1 January 2017 to 31 July 2017 in the Individual Event the Athlete is seeking nomination for the Games Team (“Individual Top 16 Qualifying Time”).

Related to Individual Event

  • Special Event means any of a Tax Event, an Investment Company Event or a Capital Treatment Event.

  • Material Event or “Material Information” shall mean such event or information as set out in the Schedule or as may be determined in terms of Clause 3 of the Policy. In the Policy, the words, “material” and “materiality” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Medical event means an improper administration of radiation or radioactive material to a patient or human research subject that requires reporting to the department.

  • Capital Event means and includes: (i) any transaction involving the sale, exchange or other disposition of the Project or the Company (but excluding any incidental sales or exchanges of tangible personal property and fixtures), (ii) any financing, refinancing or borrowing secured by the Project or the Company, and (iii) any condemnation or recovery of damage awards and property insurance proceeds (excluding proceeds from any rent or business interruption insurance).

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Removal Event has the meaning set forth in Section 12.12 hereof.

  • Withdrawal Event means the earliest to occur of any event which causes a Partner to cease to be a Partner, and to become a Former Partner, as set forth in Section 1.29.

  • Tier 2 Capital Event means the receipt by the Company of a legal opinion from counsel experienced in such matters to the effect that the Subordinated Notes do not constitute, or within 90 days of the date of such legal opinion will not constitute, Tier 2 Capital (or its then equivalent if the Company were subject to such capital requirement).

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.

  • Political Event shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 21.4;

  • Control Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term or any one or more analogous terms in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Key Person Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.

  • Potential Material Event means any of the following: (i) the possession by the Company of material information not ripe for disclosure in the Registration Statement, which shall be evidenced by determinations in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company that disclosure of such information in the Registration Statement would be detrimental to the business and affairs of the Company, or (ii) any material engagement or activity by the Company which would, in the good faith determination of the Board of Directors of the Company, be adversely affected by disclosure in the Registration Statement at such time, which determination shall be accompanied by a good faith determination by the Board of Directors of the Company that the Registration Statement would be materially misleading absent the inclusion of such information.

  • ERISA Termination Event means (i) a “Reportable Event” described in Section 4043 of ERISA and the regulations issued thereunder (other than a “Reportable Event” not subject to the provision for 30-day notice to the PBGC under such regulations), or (ii) the withdrawal of a Borrower or any of its ERISA Affiliates from a “single employer” Plan during a plan year in which it was a “substantial employer”, both of such terms as defined in Section 4001(a) of ERISA, or (iii) the filing of a notice of intent to terminate a Plan or the treatment of a Plan amendment as a termination under Section 4041 of ERISA, or (iv) the institution of proceedings to terminate a Plan by the PBGC or (v) any other event or condition which might constitute grounds under Section 4042 of ERISA for the termination of, or the appointment of a trustee to administer, any Plan or (vi) the partial or complete withdrawal of a Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate of such Borrower from a “multiemployer plan” as defined in Section 4001(a) of ERISA.

  • Consultation Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Material Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 of this Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.

  • Special Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Special event permit means a permit granted by the Division

  • Liquidating Event has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or at any time that the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, any analogous concept under the servicing agreement pursuant to which the Mortgage Loan is being serviced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Material Event of Default means the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in the Senior Unsecured Loan Agreement) under any of the following sections of the Senior Unsecured Loan Agreement:

  • Dissolution Event means (i) a voluntary termination of operations, (ii) a general assignment for the benefit of the Company’s creditors or (iii) any other liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company (excluding a Liquidity Event), whether voluntary or involuntary.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.
