Individual Legal Work definition

Individual Legal Work means Legal Work in connection with the specific Claims of a specific Group Member, not including Common Benefit Work;
Individual Legal Work means Legal Work solely pertaining to the specific Claims of the Claimant.
Individual Legal Work means Legal Work in connection with the specific Claims of a specific LLS Claimant, not including Common Benefit Work. Investigation Product means all information, documentation, conclusion, opinion, analyses, results and conclusions obtained, reached, conducted and/or created (as the case may be) in or as a result of the Project Investigation.

Related to Individual Legal Work

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • contributory employment and support allowance means an allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as amended by the provisions of Schedule 3, and Part 1 of Schedule 14, to the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that remove references to an income-related allowance and a contributory allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as that Part has effect apart from those provisions;

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
