More Definitions of Individual Placement

Individual Placement means the agreed placement of a Resident in a Home of the Provider in accordance with this Contract and the Individual Form of Agreement. Information has the meaning given under section 84 of the FOIA and includes Personal Data as defined under Data Protection Legislation.
